Sauna at the Shala
The infrared light gives off radiated heat that penetrates deep within your muscles, tissues & cells giving a deep cleansing, detoxifying & therapeutic experience. Benefits include detoxification, anti-aging, pain relief, skin health, immunity boosting & stress reduction.
The sauna is self service. It is big enough for two people. After booking & paying you will receive a confirmation email. Then you will receive a phone text with an access code. If you book within a couple of hours, you may need to message for code.

The sauna is located behind the yoga studio, on the Fire Station side.
After booking, you will be sent an access door code to your mobile number. If it is within an hour of booked time and you haven’t received the code, please text Jane on 0403 033 170.
Please take 2 towels with you, one to sit on and one for shower.
The sauna will be pre-heated for you.
Please turn all lights off when leaving.
Please replace the towels lining the sauna when finished & leave the space as you would like to find it.

Looking for regular access rather than a one-off session?
We offer significant discounts for an ongoing membership of 2 or 3 sessions per week.

This service is charged on a recurring weekly basis.
There is a minimum 3-month term, with weekly commitment thereafter. We offer a pause to the service for a minimum of one week, and for a maximum of two weeks.
